One Response to “Hip Hop Showcase Tonight”
It makes me really wonder, if the people who are making these protests were a part of the 1%, would they really have acted any diiferent. This is human nature. It is also a part of our nature to blame someone else, but we have nobody to blame but ourselves. This is the same economic system that we have supported for over 200 years. This is the fruit of it.
However, the problem is bigger than that. The farthers of this nation, wrote on our currency, “In God We Trust,” but in recent years God bashing has been popular. This is the fruit of it. This nation will never return to what it once was until we have returned to acknowledge God.
We treasure the rights of liberty, freedom, justice and the pursuit of happiness.. Can we not see that these freedoms are eroding. We are already enslaved to the Chinese. They could destroy this nation any day that they chose without even firing a gun.
This note will genearate a lot of anger but that is exactly the point. We have no place in our consciousness for God. The message of September 11, 2001 with the destruction of the twin towers could not be clearer, but we fail to see the writing on the wall. The nation spent trillions fighting the wrong enemy. We are our worst enemy.
If only we learnt from history. Has anyone studied the history of the past great world empires? This may be a good place to start then we will find out that God told the king of the first great empire, Babylon that He the God of Heaven sets up kingdoms and removes kingdoms. A note to the wise, a kingdom is made great for God’s purposes. Can you think why America was made great? The answer for America is found in 2 Samuels 7:14.
